Ranjana Didi Ko Achar (Ranjana Achar Udhyog) began in a family kitchen in Jhanjhane, Hariharpurgadhi–2, Sindhuli. The recipes have been passed down through generations: the same timing, the same hand-ground spices, the same patience.

Every jar is made in small batches. The vegetables and fruit are prepared by hand and slow-spiced, never rushed and never preserved with shortcuts. That is why the taste stays the way it always has.
