About these terms

These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place with Ranjana Achar Udhyog (Ranjana Didi Ko Achar). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

Placing an order

• Orders can be placed through this website, by phone, or on WhatsApp.
• Every order is confirmed by a phone call before dispatch. An order is only accepted once we confirm it with you.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if stock has run out, or if details cannot be verified.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and may change without notice. The price shown at the time of your order applies.
• We accept Cash on Delivery. You pay when your order reaches you; no advance payment is required.
• Delivery charges are confirmed with you on the confirmation call.

Product information

Our pickles are made in a home kitchen in small batches. Natural variations in colour, texture, and spice level are normal and are not defects. Product photos are for reference and may differ slightly from the item delivered.

Allergens and storage

Our pickles contain oil, salt, spices, and may contain mustard and other allergens. If you have a food allergy, please check the ingredients with us before ordering. Store jars in a cool, dry place and use a clean, dry spoon.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge any time before we dispatch your order. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering your order in good condition. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused after delivery, or for reactions resulting from allergies you did not tell us about. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sindhuli, Nepal.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
